Every client is unique. That is why Bayada Nurses works corroboratively with our clients, their families, and their physicians to develop and implement an individualized plan of care. We are a Medicare certified provider serving clients throughout the state of Vermont. We offer a broad range of in-home services, including high-tech nursing care, rehabilitation following a hospital stay, and ongoing assistance with daily activities to people of all ages. All services are supervised by a registered nurse (RN), including but not limited to:
Private Duty Nursing Services (up to 24 hours a day on a short- or long-term basis, and may include any skilled, personal care, or support services)
Skilled Intermittent Care Services (on a per-visit basis averaging 2 hours or fewer)
