As an experienced professional Geriatric Care Manager, Jean McCandless provides elders and their adult children with respectful, well-coordinated services, including:

In-Home Services include: continuing assessment; help with finances; home management tasks; supervision of caregivers; and, organizing activities to help maintain an elder’s quality of life.
Jean works collaboratively with a wide range of community individuals and agencies to deliver effective in-home and facility services. She specializes in working with elders with adult children who live out of town or who have no family available during periods of transition and/or crisis. Jean has often worked with the Probate Court as a Guardian, Guardian Ad Litem, Advocate and Clinician.
