I’m a facilitator that specializes in providing personalized, client-centered support to individuals and families planning their legacy. I have a background in financial services and Community Economic Development. The purpose for starting my practice was to help individuals and families be more harmonious and financially stable which, I believe, creates more harmonious and healthy communities. I have a personalized, client-centered, and team-oriented approach and work with people by motivating them to take action and stay the course. I do this by creating a road map for the client and then facilitating this plan toward completion. The foundation of this work is based on the Facilitative Leadership model:
- Focus on clients’ “why” and on results, process, and relationship
- Seek maximum appropriate involvement
- Design pathways to action
Involve people in decision making in a way that improves the quality of decisions and increases commitment to implementation
- Facilitate agreement
Facilitate discussions and meetings so that people build agreements, make quality decisions, and create realistic action plans
- Coach for performance
Coach client in a way that facilitates clear thinking, personal responsibility, and creative problem solving
Design plans and meeting agendas that involve others appropriately and guide them toward successful implementation
