The Lodge at Shelburne Bay and the Lodge at Otter Creek are all-inclusive adult communities in a resort like setting. The Lodges offer residents a number of rental options, including Independent Living and Assisted Living one and two bedroom apartments. Spacious Cottages are also available that offer residents the independence of living in their own homes while enjoying all the amenities of The Lodge. There’s also the Haven Memory Care program for residents that may be experiencing memory loss, whether from Alzheimer’s Disease or any form of dementia. Located in Shelburne and Middlebury, the Lodges have established a core philosophy designed to cater to every need and surround residents with world class care.
