Starr Farm is Chittenden County’s premier nursing facility located in the new north end of Burlington, in a lovely residential area. Our center accommodates 150 residents and offers a full range of medical services to meet the needs of our residents, including short term rehabilitative services, skilled nursing and long term care. We operate as a team, committed to enabling our residents to achieve maximum independent function and improve quality of life. Our short term rehabilitation program is comprised of all the therapies needed to resume life after an acute episode. Physical and Occupational therapy, speech therapy, wound care. Post operative care and complex medical care are provided in a pleasant setting surrounded by beautiful woodlands. Starr Farm’s average length of stay is consistently better than both state and national averages.
