Always TLC Home Care is a nurse owned and operated organization specializing in non-medical homecare and healthcare staffing. Founded in 2006, our company is focused on providing compassionate care to homebound seniors affording them the best quality of life and delivering flexible staffing solutions to the healthcare industry in the New England area.
TLC offers a wide variety of non-medical homecare services ranging from companionship, homemaking, and personal assistance services. Whether you’re recovering from illness, injury or simply need extra help at home, TLC nursing can provide the level of non-medical care needed.
TLC Home Care services are supervised and coordinated by registered nurses. This unique touch gives our clients greater peace of mind knowing that their health and wellness are incorporated into the services that they receive. We provide individual care based on the individual’s needs. We can offer the support for families to have flexibility or to simply take a needed break.
TLC’s Healthcare Staffing Services are designed to meet any healthcare organizations’ short term staffing needs. We can provide Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practicing Nurse (LPNs), Licensed Nurses Aids (LNAs) and Homecare Assistants (HCAs) to fulfill a term staffing needs. Whether you need to staff a single shift or a 13-week rotation, TLC Nursing can provide staffing for both per diem and contract needs. We have a ‘non-exclusive’ contract, thus the facility can use the services of TLC Nursing Associates only when needed. Our 24-hour on call staffing coordinator is readily available to successfully communicate with the facility providing consistent stress free staffing support.
